SERVICE PROPOSITION
We ENABLE Out-of-School Children, sustainable access to the right to education BY anchoring a collaborative service delivery network - The Social Franchising Network - where critical success factors of a mature nonprofit’s (SOCIAL FRANCHISOR) proven impact model are tested, optimized and eventually adopted by a collective of small-medium grassroot organizations (SOCIAL FRANCHISEES) with overlapping missions for rapid scaling within their communities.
WHO WE ARE
2014
TAP (Towards A Prosperous) India Foundation was founded by a group of corporate executives as a Charitable Trust.
2014- 2021
The Foundation served early-stage non-profits by facilitating funding and capacity building, cumulatively enrolling close to 11,000 out-of-school children in government and private schools in the Delhi NCR region.
2021 & Beyond
The Foundation decided to re-position itself as a Social Franchising Organization with the aim to specialize in the efficient replication of proven models of impact by building a Network of Social Franchisors and Franchisees in India. We wish to apply Social Franchising to the problem of out of school children and are committed to GoI’s goal of achieving a Gross Enrolment Ratio of 100% from Pre-school to Secondary level by 2030.
